We will affordably provide you with a layout, simple systems, and resources to turn your property into a place of abundance that generates food, medicine, energy, beauty, and habitat. 

Pricing:

We offer an affordable flat rate of $385 for small properties (Under 1 acre) with all of the following services included​. Larger acreages are an additional $45 per acre, and we also add a $0.45 per-mile charge outside of a 50-mile radius of our farm in Nunnelly, Tennessee. For properties over 10 acres, we do individual pricing, and also offer further services on a case-by-case basis to direct projects and build gardens and infrastructure.

We accept payment in common cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin and litecoin as well as cash. 
SERVICES INCLUDED in $385 consultation and design:
  • In-person review and measurements of property and existing infrastructure.
  • Consultation and review of relevant details to help us create the best design for you which may include goals, schedule, health/dietary needs, budget, etc.
  • Hand-drawn layout of property in paper/PDF/JPEG format detailing recommendations for gardens/food forest, water catchment, livestock, and other property infrastructure.
  • Detailed perennial and annual planting list 
  • Relevant educational resources to help you learn necessary skills to continue to maintain and improve your homestead's production
